Bring your class to The Center

Using the classroom spaces at the Ankeny Hill Center allow teachers to bring their students directly to the real-world environment of studying nature. We ask you to please schedule your visit with us so we can manage the use of our available learning spaces and resources. To make this easy, our online calendar should indicate the days and times our classrooms are available to schedule using the reservation request form. The form asks for basic information your school or group for our records, and provides you the opportunity to arrange for use of our teaching resources including: lesson plans, equipment, specimens and artifacts, and staff volunteers to guide you around the grounds.

Once the request form is reviewed by our staff, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for accessing the building and stored resources. Should there be questions about the request, we will contact you to be sure everything is set for your visit.
